Welcome to Bae – AI Baby Face Generator (“Bae”, “the Service”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited. By downloading or using the Bae iPhone app or visiting https://www.bae-app.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Bae.

1. What Bae is

Bae is an AI baby face generator iPhone app. You upload two parent photos and the Service generates a cute AI baby face prediction. Results are AI-generated for entertainment and visual inspiration. Bae is not a medical, genetic, or guaranteed-resemblance prediction tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Bae. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account, subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and RevenueCat under the terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings.

4. Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you own or have explicit permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of minors, explicit content, or images intended to harm anyone.
• Do not use Bae to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Do not present AI baby results as real, factual, or genetic predictions.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

5. AI-generated content

AI baby face predictions are computer-generated images created from your inputs. You receive a license to use the AI baby image you generate for personal, non-commercial use. We may use anonymized, aggregated information about generations to improve the Service.

6. Third-party services

Bae integrates with RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer

Bae is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI baby face predictions are entertainment only. We do not guarantee accuracy, resemblance, or any specific outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Bae.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bae if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Bae at any time by deleting the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bae after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
