This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“Bae”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Bae – AI Baby Face Generator iPhone app and the website at https://www.bae-app.com.

1. What we collect

Photos you upload

Bae lets you upload two photos — one of a man and one of a woman — to generate a cute AI baby face prediction. These photos are processed for the purpose of generating that result.

App usage data

We collect basic usage information such as features used, crashes, generation events, and device type, so we can improve the app. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Subscription & purchase data

Subscription state is managed via RevenueCat and Apple. We receive purchase status (active, expired, refunded) but never your card details.

2. How we use your information

  • To generate AI baby face predictions you request
  • To provide, maintain, and improve the app
  • To diagnose crashes and performance issues
  • To process subscriptions and prevent fraud
  • To send transactional notifications you opt into

3. Third-party services

Bae uses the following processors. Each has its own privacy policy.

  • RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, crash reporting, and analytics.
  • Google AdMob — advertising in free experiences. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve ads.
  • OpenAI — AI model inference for selected features.
  • Microsoft Azure — secure cloud infrastructure for image processing and storage.
  • Replicate — model hosting for AI baby face generation.
  • Fal.ai — additional AI model inference.
  • Google Analytics — aggregated website traffic measurement.
  • Meta Pixel — measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly site performance metrics.

4. Photo handling

Photos uploaded into Bae are processed to generate the AI baby face you requested. We do not sell user photos. We do not use real customer photos in marketing materials.

5. Children

Bae is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload photos of minors. If you believe a minor has used Bae, contact us and we will delete the associated data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a regulator. To exercise these rights, email hello@rocketdigital.ai.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide Bae and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and limited internal access. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

9. Cookies and tracking

The website uses cookies for essential functionality and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics). You can control cookies via your browser settings.
